Our website, www.UntamedXplosion.com (the “Site”) is operated by Untamed Xplosion, LLC (“Company”). Our website is offered to you (“User”)  with the condition of acceptance. 

This is without amendment of the conditions, notices, and terms, comprised here within the “Terms”. Users of www.UntamedXplosion.com constitute agreement to all terms. Please read these terms carefully. Please make sure to reference back to our terms as Untamed Xplosion reserve any and all rights to amend at any time. Users reserve the right to discontinue the use of the site if dissatisfied with any or all parts.

By using this site user is subjected to Untamed Xplosion LLC's Privacy Policy, which 

(a) governs this Site, and 

(b) informs users of our data-gathering procedures, conditions, and legal terms.

Consenting Age

Users ages 18 years and older are granted access to this site. This is only if you have not been removed or suspended. Violation of consenting age or any part of the terms or policy gives Untamed Xplosion, LLC the right to cancel the purchase order.

By visiting our Site or sending emails to Untamed Xplosion, LLC, the user agrees to accept electronic communications. The user has agreed to all contracts, emails, notifications, and any other communication on the site, satisfying any legal obligations that such communication be in writing.

Your Account & Fraud

When using our site, you agree it’s your responsibility:

· to accept all activities that occur under your account and/or password. 

· not to assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other persons or entity. 

You acknowledge that Untamed Xplosion, LLC is not responsible for third-party access that results from theft or fraud to your account. At our sole discretion, Untamed Xplosion, LLC and its associates reserve the right to 

· cancel services,

· refuse services,

· remove content 

· edit content and/or

· terminate accounts.

Note: If there is identity theft or false information provided it will be passed on to the proper authorities.

Cancellation/ Return Policy

Make sure your complete order is correct before purchase. Order can be cancelled only if order has NOT been shipped. There will be a 10% processing fee charge incurred by the customer which applies to ALL cancelled orders. Please review the Return and Shipping Policy.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property 

Granted to you is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access use, and use our site strictly in accordance with these terms. The provision for your use of this site, you warrant to Untamed Xplosion LLC that you will not use the site for any purpose in an unlawful manner or prohibited by these terms. You agree not to use this site in any manner 

· that will destroy, deactivate, overload, or harm the site. 

· which will interfere with any other parties’ satisfaction and utilization of the site. 

· to acquire or attempt to gain any data or materials through any resources not purposely made accessible or provided through the site.

Copyright Protection

All content material incorporated as part of the service such as graphics, images, logo, text, and any material used on the site is the property of Untamed Xplosion. User hereby agrees not to broadcast, duplicate, modify, print, transfer, republish, reverse engineer, or sell any part of the Untamed Xplosion, LLC and the Site. Additionally, the User agrees not to generate offensive works, or exploitation of any content either in part or in whole, obtained on our Site. Untamed Xplosion content is not for resale. 

Communication Services Use

They must be appropriate and related to the specific communication service. User hereby agrees that when using a communication service, you will not:

· upload files that contain corrupted files, viruses,  or any other comparable programs or software that may damage the operation of another individual’s computer. 

· advertise, offer to buy, or sell any goods or services for any business purpose, except such communication service precisely allows such messages. 

· conduct or forward chain letters, contests, surveys, or pyramid schemes. 

· download any file posted by another user of a communication service that you have knowledge of, or reasonably should obtain knowledge of, and cannot be legally allotted in such manner. 

· fabricate or erase any author attributions, lawful or other proper notices, proprietary designations, original labels, software source, or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. 

· impede or restrict any other user from utilizing and enjoying the communication services

· violate any conduct codes or guidelines relevant to any specific communication service. 

· harvest or collect information about others including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

· violate any pertinent laws or regulations.

Untamed Xplosion, LLC has no requirement to screen the communication services. However, Untamed Xplosion LLC’s, sole discretion, reserves all rights: 

· to analyze and remove any materials posted to the communication service. 

· terminate without notice or reason your access to any and all of the communication services. 

· reserves the right at all times the disclosure of any information required to satisfy any pertinent law, legal process, governmental request, or regulation.

· to edit, refuse proposed, remove any information or material, and hold or any import in Untamed Xplosion LLC's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in any communication service. Untamed Xplosion, LLC does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any communication service and therefore. Untamed Xplosion, LLC specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the communication services along with any actions resulting from your participation in any communication services. Managers and hosts are not authorized Untamed Xplosion, LLC spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Untamed Xplosion, LLC. 

Materials uploaded to a common communication service may be exposed to published restrictions on use, reproduction, and/or distribution. The User is responsible for following such restrictions when uploading the materials.

Materials Provided/Posted to the Site and our Company Webpage

Untamed Xplosion, LLC does not claim ownership of materials you provided to www.UntamedXplsion.com including (feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any Untamed Xplosion, LLC site or are associated services (collectively, “Submissions”). Therefore, by entering, posting, providing, submitting, or uploading User Submission, User grants Untamed Xplosion LLC, our affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use Users submissions in connection with the operation of their internet businesses including, without limitations, the rights to distribute, duplicate, edit, openly perform, reformat, reproduce, translate, transmit, visibly display Users Submission. Additionally, to publish the User’s name in connection with User Submission.

No compensation will be paid with regard to the use of Users Submission as provided herein. Untamed Xplosion, LLC is under no obligation to post or use any Submission User provides and may remove any Submission, any time in Untamed Xplosion, LLC’s sole discretion

By entering, posting, providing, submitting, or uploading, or User submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all the rights to Submission as described in this section. This includes, without restrictions, all rights necessary for you to enter, post, provide, submit, or upload the submissions.

External Accounts/Services 

Users of the Site will have the convenience and advantage to access links attached to external websites. Untamed Xplosion, LLC cannot be held responsible for the material and content linked to those external websites. We do not endorse any other linked websites or any association with their operators due to inclusion. 

There are some services made accessible through the Site that are delivered by third-party organizations and websites when using any products, services, or functionality originating from the Site’s domain. User acknowledges and consents that Untamed Xplosion, LLC may share information and data with any third party with whom our Company has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of the Site Users and customers.

Jurisdiction/ International Users 

This site is administered,  controlled, and operated, by Untamed Xplosion, LLC from our offices in the United States of America. Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Pennsylvania in all disputes arising.  If you access the service from a location outside the United States of America, you are accepting responsibility for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use content access in any country or in any manner prohibited by any and all laws, regulations, or restrictions.

Indemnification

User agrees to reimburse, defend, and hold harmless Untamed Xplosion, LLC its agents, directors, employees, officers, and third parties, for any cost, expenses, losses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees):

· relating to or arising out of User use of, 

· inability to use the Site or services, 

· any User posting made by User,

· User’s violation of any terms of this agreement,

· User’s violation of any rights of a third party and/or, 

· User’s violation of all applicable laws, rules, or regulations. 

Untamed Xplosion, LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the User. In this case, the User will fully cooperate with Untamed Xplosion, LLC in establishing any available defenses. 

Disclaimer

Untamed Xplosion, LLC has and will continue testing the accuracy of all information on the Site. Our Company makes no expression, implications, or warranties, on any guarantees regarding the safety of any products and results from information provided on the Site. Purchaser assumed all liabilities and risks of use for all products on the Site. The information provided on our products and services is for informational purposes only. Please read the product’s package label(s) and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Any unforeseeable circumstance or act (“Event”) beyond Untamed Xplosion, LLC and other parties’ control but not limited to

· Domestic disturbance 

· Industrial action or strikes by third parties

· Invasion or terrorist attacks

· Natural disasters (earthquakes, epidemics, explosions, fires, floods, pandemics, storms, subsidence, and any other)

· Riot(s) or War (declared or not)

· Supply shortage

The Event can be a preparation or threat, and so Untamed Xplosion, LLC is not liable or responsible for any failure to execute or delay in the performance of any of our commitments under a contract that is triggered by a force majeure event. Our company will contact the User in a reasonable time frame to notify of any possible changes. The contractual commitment will be suspended. Performance time will be extended upon the duration of the Event. Delivery of product(s) or service(s) to the User will receive a new delivery date upon the end of the Event. If the product(s) or service(s) have not been rendered (delivered, performed, executed, or payment made to third parties) the User may cancel a contract affected by an Event by contacting customer service. The price paid for the merchandise, including any delivery charges, may be refunded.
