Exchange/Returns
Please review color, measurement, size, and type, making sure your complete order is correct before purchase. The contact of bodily fluids with products is a health and safety risk factor. Once opened there is no sure way to know the product was unused. Due to these reasons, our company does not accept returns nor do we resell used products.

· Supplements
· Clearance, sale, and discounted items
Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded within 14 business days from the delivery date with its original purchase receipt. No return will be accepted and no refunds will be initiated after the above set days.
· A customer who received the wrong item(s): It must be returned and received by the company in original packaging, and tags, unopened, and untampered. Also, include any original manufacturer warranty if applicable.
· Damaged, defective, and malfunctioning products: Items under these terms will be replaced with the same item. Be sure to immediately email us

It will be helpful to register your products with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Save your original receipt as the manufacturer may require proof of purchase.
Order’s original receipt or confirmation number: 1) date of purchase, 2) purchase amount total which should include any shipping fees and taxes, 3) shipping address, 4) indicate if the purchased item(s) were shipped, 5) describes the purchased item, and 6) indicates the quantity purchased.
To initiate a return: 1) Reply to the order confirmation email regarding your return. 2) Print the prepaid return shipping label that will be sent to you through email. 3) Send all products back using the prepaid return shipping label provided.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. All credits will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. Charges/credits may take up to approximately 7 business days after payment is issued before appearing on your statement.
Shipping
Rates are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before payment is processed. The least costly carrier is utilized based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.
Free return shipping on 1) manufacturer damage, defect, and/or malfunctioning products and 2) products that will be exchanged. All other shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Once payment has been processed, items will be shipped. An e-mail will be sent to the customer containing estimated shipping and delivery dates along with tracking information for their purchased order. Often the overall processing timeframe can take 1-2 business days. Items are shipped Monday to Friday.
If there are any changes or unforeseeable circumstances within the supply chain that prevent the original delivery time an email will be sent to update the customer. The new delivery date and time will be forwarded to the customer.
Before checkout, verify your shipping address is correct before completing the order. The address provided will be printed onto the shipping label. There is no cash on delivery (COD). The customer will incur a 15% processing fee with no refund on shipping costs. This is if items are returned and are unable to be delivered. Any product(s) received without an issued return label and return authorization number will be refused. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Restrictions
Our company values our customers and their purchase. Due to the restrictions of adult material in many countries worldwide, item may be removed and/or package may be confiscated. There may be potential fees or tariffs for international shipments by various country's customs department. Doing your due diligence to research the laws in your area will prevent delays and/or confiscation of your order. Be sure to inquire with your country's customs department regarding there being any additional fees to retrieve package. Fees may vary and they are not calculated within the total. Receiver is completely responsible for any of these associated charges and fees. Our company accepts no responsibility in these circumstances. We also do not ship to P.O Box's or military bases.
Tips for Malfunctioning Devices
· Try new batteries.
· Make sure batteries are inserted correctly.
· If there is a cap on the device secure it tightly.
· Remove any protective seal (prevents product from turning on during shipping) from the device.
Contact us if the item will not function after trying tips and manufacturer recommendations for a return authorization.
Chargeback
It's when a payment (original transaction cost, shipping fee, handling fee, taxes) is forcibly returned to a debit/credit card after a transaction is disputed with the card issuer (bank). A chargeback is not a refund. The merchant incurs a fee no matter the outcome whether the customer or merchant initiates a chargeback. This process can often take over 45 days to resolve.
Reasons for dispute of chargeback …
· Credit not processed and received after agreeance.
· Damaged, defective, or not-as-described product.
· Duplicate transaction.
· Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
· Processing errors, payment errors, and/ or incorrect amount charged.
· The customer is unhappy with a product.
· The product or service was not received by the customer.
· The transaction is not recognized by the customer on their statement.
